Bury The Hatchet King Of Prussia offers an exciting opportunity to try your hand at axe throwing, a sport that has gained popularity in the United States after originating in Canada. Visitors can learn the art of axe throwing from experienced Axe Masters before engaging in friendly one-on-one games with friends or family. Each session allows for a two-hour reservation of throwing lanes, during which participants can play multiple games under the guidance of professionals.

We had an awesome time here on our double date night with our friends! It was so fun and relieving throwing that 🪓 axe, something I didn't know I needed lol. The instructor was awesome as well and helped me get a few good tosses in after his coaching. We'll definitely return!

We did a walk in and we're immediately welcomed by Ryan. He was through in explaining the proper way to hold and throw the ax. Watch as we threw and made suggestions on what we needed to correct so the ax stuck to the boards. He made sure we were comfortable before leaving us, but checked back multiple times to make sure we weren't expecting any problems or had questions. Will definitely be going back. We had an hour of fun.

Taneka in King of Prussia was a fabulous host! Lots of great energy. Gave us all great tips and most of us were able to throw several bullseye. So much fun!!

Cindy A — Google review

David was absolutely fantastic! He gave us great pointers on how to throw and went over a few games for us to play. He also came in handy as a great referee when tensions got high. Thank you David and the Bury The Hatchet team for a phenomenal evening!

Kristen H — Google review

Reggie was awesome!!! Very patient with newbies! Showed us the ropes and how to improve! Best experience with axe throwing.

Tony P — Google review

Really good time spent bonding with coworkers. Maggie our hatchet master was great. She showed us what to do, gave us suggestions to improve our throws and she put up with our jokes, kept score, and was a wonderful host. We split up into teams and had a great time cheering everyone and trying to land a throw somewhat close to where we aimed. We brought our own sodas and snacks and made use of the picnic table behind each throwing cage. Would go again in a heartbeat. We went back! It was even more fun.We threw pick-axes and mauls! Much easier to just have fun the 2nd time.

Tim L — Google review

I went here with a group of friends expecting to have a lot of fun and it EXCEEDED my expectations. Julia was great and attentive all night. The axes and boards are all in good condition. There’s plenty of space between lanes. We threw hatchets, competition axes, tomahawks, a fireman ax, a blade, and more. They had games with popping balloons, battleship, different scoring, etc. We all had a great time and would definitely return.

Mark C — Google review

Went for my husband's birthday and its most of us' first time! Reggie was fantastic, showed us some tricks and taught us how to throw different weapons lmaoIt is BYO food and drinks, they provide coolers for your drinks so they keep cool!Amazing experience!

First time axe throwing and it was a blast! Great for all experience and activity levels. Had so much fun thinking about joining a local league. Chrissy was so helpful giving us tips and tricks to throw better. We will definitely be back!

Bury the Hatchet KOP is an amazing experience! It took some time but I finally got it down!! This is a good way to build a team, get energized or catch down time. The staff is patient and friendly. Excellent service.

Kayla was AWESOME! We had an amazing family night! Great activity celebrating dads birthday with our “adult” children!!

My son and I had a blast while celebrating 🥳 my birthday. We loved our instructor KEANAN he is the best. He explained and showed us correct holding of an axe which helped us to hit the target 🎯. We had so much fun!

Kahina A — Google review

Nels was amazing. This was our first time and we had bullseyes pretty consistently after he showed us what we were doing. Definitely recommend adding on knife throwing. It’s my new hidden talent I would have never know!

Kara G — Google review

We had such a great experience at Bury the Hatchet! We booked a group for a work outing and had such a great time. Our Axe Master was Ryan and he is awesome in his role! He gave helpful guidance to help us throw better and really amped up our group with the competitions he facilitated. I also really liked that we could bring in food and drink and that Bury the Hatchet was flexible with us updating our numbers a couple days ahead of time and allowing us to extend our session for an extra hour easily/inexpensively because we were having so much fun! It made for a great event to unwind after a work week.

Claire N — Google review

Went here with a few buddies for my bachelor party and we had a great time! The hatchet throwing was really fun and easy to learn and there were even options on what we were throwing, meaning different sizes and weights of hatchets. The space was clean and well lit and there were pool tables and other amenities we found engaging. The staff was super helpful in explaining the proper way to throw and then let us to it.We plan on returning!

Frank S — Google review

Jun led our group for our workplace end of year gathering. He was very friendly and gave out so many pointers that were catered to the different individuals he was helping.Me for example, once he heard I had played softball before, he had me changing up my axe, how I positioned my body and in 5 throws I had a bulls eye!He also was taking pictures of everyone who hit a bulls eye and a couple of group shots at the end of our event :)It was my first time doing this and I had been really looking forward to trying it it.Seriously so much fun!

Elizabeth B — Google review

Ryan was the best! Had a blast. We had a large party and he made sure each of us were having a good time and safe time. Would come back again

Renelle B — Google review

We had our company holiday party here and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our Axemasters Reggie and Jun were amazing! They taught everyone all the techniques and kept the fun and energy going the entire party! Would highly recommend Bury the Hatchet to anyone. Can’t wait to come back again!

Birthday event for my wife. Had a great time at Bury the Hatchet axe throwing, King of Prussia. Thanks Noah.

Dr R — Google review

Ryan was the best - making sure we knew what to do and always checking up to see if we needed anything more. His kindness and energy convinced us to upgrade to the premium package and yet again Ryan was correct and our fun got even better. I highly recommend anyone coming here to ask for him if you wanna get the most outta your experience here!

Sam M — Google review

Jordyn was our girl who took care of our ax lane. We had a really great time and definitely recommend ya to go check this spot out. Oh, and bring your own plastic cups for your wine :)

Jackie P — Google review

Went last week as part of a birthday celebration and had a great time. Taneka took great care of us and was funny and attentive, but not hovering. Definitely an enjoyable experience and we didn't even bring drinks or food this time. I look forward to coming back!

Chimaobi A — Google review

Luke was an awesome axe master!! He made us feel very comfortable, gave suggestions on how to improve our throwing, and had great games for us to play. We even got to try throwing stars, tomahawk axe, and a plastic musket. Lots of fun, highly recommend!

Erica S — Google review

Jordan was fantastic. She was technically “orienting” but she was great. Helped us out, got us started with our games, and let us spin the wheel when we had a kill shot. It was our first time here (or axe throwing) and we will DEFINITELY come back for more. Watch out zombie apocalypse.

Jeffrey L — Google review

Luke did an awsome job. We were a walk in and he got us set up, went over everything with us, watched as we threw and let us know what adjustments we need to make. He was very attentive and made sure we were having fun.

Ian F — Google review

I took my husband here for his birthday outing. This was our first time. Taneka took excellent care of us. We had a ball! We were all cracking up. She was AMAZING absolutely Amazing!!!!! We will be back and we are bringing a whole crew.

The escape room center, Amazing Escape Room King of Prussia, provides a fantastic experience that comes highly recommended. The staff, including Ashley and Grace as game masters, is helpful and accommodating both in the game and in general. Returning visitors are eager to try out more rooms with hopes of having Ashley as their game master again. The escape rooms themselves offer just the right level of challenge and are enjoyable for all ages.

I LOVED ASHLEY… also the experience. 10/10 would recommend and will recommend to all my friends. She was very helpful and helped us when we needed with the game and in my life. For sure am i coming back and doing the other rooms, hopefully Ashley is my game master again! If you have Ashley as your game master tell her that the kid who just sat down randomly and asked for a picture said hi.

Lucas N — Google review

Alex and Ashley was amazing! The game was also a lot of fun we played the candy room. I was happy about the clarity of why we wasn't able to get certain things right away. Overall I wouldn't mind doing it again!

Kia W — Google review

We had an amazing time celebrating Elijah's 10th Birthday. Thank you Ashley for hosting their first escape room experience. Great experience for beginners to think outside the box and collectively build leadership skills.

Keyana R — Google review

It was a very fun time. We set the record for the submarine at 22:22 left. Grace was a great game master!

Endster — Google review

Alix was AMAZING! She made our experience so memorable instead of being frustrated. Our kids had a blast thanks to Alix! We made it with seconds to spare because of The Greatest Game Master Ever!!! Awesome experience. Great memories were made!!!

Christopher M — Google review

Grace and Daniel were so great! After we solved the first one in 25 minutes, Grace set us up with a second one. And Dan even came in and helped us finish the last clue when we couldn’t get the hang of it.

Maria D — Google review

Jamie was our game master and he was great! Super helpful. My group of 4 did the pirate ship room and it was challenging but fun. I’d definitely go back to see if we can successfully escape next time

Noshai A — Google review

Grace was super helpful and a great story teller! I can’t believe we cracked our room!! We did the pirate one as a family of 4. Youngest member was 12 for reference and we all had a great time!

Bethany R — Google review

Gordan did a fantastic job as our game master, it’s our first time at escape room so honestly I was a bit nervous, Gordan is incredibly friendly and patient with us when explaining the rules and provided clues super fast when we asked for it. We were able to escape in the end, super fun, would definitely come back!!!

Wenjia Z — Google review

I had such an Amazing time it was so fun. And I loved kegan he was a great host and he really made the experience with the clues he gave. and how welcoming it was.

Iaishka W — Google review

Such a great group activity! Ashley was an awesome game master we loved having her! We didn’t actually make it but we got super close and Ashley let us finish the last clue after we ran out of time for the satisfaction.

Digestable C — Google review

Great family activity, especially for parents and 2 older teens! We did the Submarine Room - really felt a sense of accomplishment when we solved it! Daniel was a great game master! Geeks rule!

Janice L — Google review

Grace and Ashley were lovely game masters! The escape rooms were fun and just challenging enough! We were able to do two escape rooms back to back after escaping the first one ☺️ you get a discount if you do that! Fun for all ages. Great for parties or if you just want to do something fun on a weekend.

Cam D — Google review

We escaped Candy World! Alex was our game master and she was very nice and helped us out when we needed it. My sister and I have done a handful of other escape rooms but typically we are with a slightly larger group so we were a little worried about just us two making it out in time. Alex informed us Candy World was a medium/hard room, incase anyone else is looking for a difficulty rating. We both agreed this one one of our favorite escape games we have done! We loved the lil games mixed in with solving the puzzles and we both had a blast!

Jessica T — Google review

Super fun! Came for a cousin day, bring the mini cousins along as well. Definitely family friendly for the two we did! Love that kids can be included. We did candy land and the illusionist. Both amazing in very different ways. We will definitely be back for the other themes! Thank you so much Ashley for your help!!!

Christy J — Google review

We did 2 rooms back to back because the kids had so much fun in the first one. Keegan and Gordon were amazing with the clues and wonderful with my kids. Highly recommend.

Daniel B — Google review

Today was our first time here, although we have been to the Montgomeryville location as well. My husband and I completed the “Illusionist” room, and really enjoyed it. It was a perfect level of difficulty for two people, we didn’t find it TOO easy, but the puzzles weren’t so complex. I did like that there were a few mechanics we haven’t seen in an escape room before. Our guide Grace was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable! We can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms!

Julie C — Google review

We had an "amazing" time at the Amazing Escape Room in King of Prussia! We had 2 adults and 2 children in our group, and 3 of the 4 had never done an escape room before. We weren't quite sure what to expect. With a lot of teamwork, a little bit of critical thinking, and a few clues from our friends at the Amazing Escape Room, we managed to escape! We will definitely go and try our luck again ;) Thank you for a fun time we will never forget!

Michelle S — Google review

Awesome experience with Keegan! The game master created a fun atmosphere as we worked through the pirate ship room. Would definitely go back to do the other rooms!

Joseph W — Google review

Alex was our game master for our workplace end of year gathering. It was a big crowd so we were split into 3 different rooms. She went over the general rules for the experience and then gave us the back story for Candyland. It was my first time doing something like this and it was so much fun.Cannot recommend it enough!

Elizabeth B — Google review

So much fun! Daniel greeted us with a big smile, explained everything, had great character and made it a great experience. Definitely will be back!

Brittany W — Google review

Gordon was an AWESOME game master. The candy escape room was challenging, but so fun...even get a souvenir for solving it in time!

Wendy F — Google review

It was our first experience at a escape room. Of course we pick the most difficult one, but we had an amazing time finding the clues. The game master Gordon also was very nice from the moment we we got to the place and help us with some great clues.

Krystal M — Google review

We had a ton of fun and were pleasantly surprised by the difficulty of the rooms. Our gamemaster was kind, informative, encouraging, and it was clear that she enjoyed her job and was good at setting the scene. Only complaint was that we beat her there, which caused us some anxiety that they were closed! However, when we called, they apologized and the issue was resolved.

Sabrina L — Google review

We loved the challenge we worked as a family to solve the riddles and we won with only 56 seconds left. Alex was an awesome host and help. We did the candy land escape it was challenging but not overwhelming. Would definitely return and bring more friends!

Salvatore G — Google review

Gordon was super nice and made it more fun. When we got stuck and used a hint, we got confused with one of them (we used two) and they gave a bit more context without giving anything away. The only bad thing about it was my group being in absolute chaos. Loved it and hope to go back someday!

D’Arcy G — Google review

We were very excited to try the submarine room! It is the hardest escape room at this location. We have done more than a dozen escape rooms. The theming of this room was cute. Loved that it was more than one room! Also, it had some locks/puzzles that were different then we had ever seen before! However, the puzzles did not flow like most escape rooms we have been to which made it extra challenging/difficult/frustrating.This could be a 5 star room if all the puzzles flowed!

Jennifer M — Google review

Ashley and Keagan made our experience great. It’s my first escape room and I had a blast. Will be back for sure.

Rafael M — Google review

Keagan was amazing! Such a fun experience! An amazing game master

(186)3-Day King of Prussia Itinerary (10)

Park

Betzwood Park is a great outdoor destination just outside the King of Prussia area. The park features a flat paved trail suitable for walking, running, biking, and rollerblading. Visitors can often spot squirrels, birds, and deer along the trail. The park also offers a boat launch for fishing in the Schuylkill River. However, some visitors have reported encountering overzealous bikers on the trail.

I use the boat launch to do some fishing in the Schuylkill River. If you're taking a motor boat out on the river from this boat launch, go the the left, under the bridge. There are some good fishing spots.Don't go to the right. It's too shallow in most sections. This is a nice place to launch a boat. It is easy to get to (right off 422), and it has plenty of parking.

Amazing. Drove here from Austin Texas and spent three weeks exploring the Betzwood region. Better than Paris & Rome combined.

ILLUMAFIX L — Google review

Something strange has been happening to the Betzwood Park on Hillside Drive. A few years ago this park had access to the Schuylkill River Trail. That access also allowed people from the Valley Forge apartments to have access to this park. That access needed work to be safe. Instead of improving the access they blocked it off entirely. Recent the very functional basketball court was replaced with grass. It's been my experience that many of those who used the basketball court, and those coming from the Valley Forge apartments were minorities. These changes appear to be a direct effort to limit the use of this park to those minorities. Whom ever made these decisions should be ashamed of themselves. Perhaps this wasn't the motivation or perhaps it was. Either way, this is a clear result. Open the access to the Valley Forge apartments and allow those in this neighborhood to have access to the Schuylkill River Trail. Put the basketball court back. People from every community were using it on a daily basis. The direction this part of being managed is shameful and discriminating. We are better as one community not blocked by these false divides. Do better.

Chet — Google review

Great trail just outside King of Prussia area. Flat paved surface for a long distance. Walking, running, biking, rollerblades are all options. Squirrels, birds and deer are often seen just off the trail.Downfall on certain days is some of the bikers think that they are in the “Tour de France”. Just because you wear a pair of spandex shorts doesn’t make you the owner of the path.

Chris W — Google review

We took the Schuylkill River Trail from Pawlings Road to Betzwood Park. It was very peaceful there with nice picnic tables and restrooms.

Tony L — Google review

great little park. Nice well kept trail and easy parking.watch out for the two creepy park rangers! They may follow you and your friends if you are a young girl(s)If I was alone I would have felt uncomfortable and had 911 ready to go on my phone it was that creepy.Like never less than 30 feet from us on the trail and never stopped staring at us.So weird.anyway. if you see a white park ranger truck with two creepy middle aged white dudes wearing full assault body armor and guns pepper spray cuffs tasers etc. on their batman belt ( why do park rangers need to be militarized here?) maybe its a PA thing? So on top of wasting tax dollars you are gonna stalk young girls going for a jog? like under 15 yo girls? 🤨 yikes!

Located on banks of Schuylkill river, it's a great place to spend an evening with the family. It's accessible from Valley Forge National park. River trail begins here.

Visitor Center At Valley Forge

4.7

(1269)3-Day King of Prussia Itinerary (11)

Visitor center

A well designed layout and shop fool of goodies, I definitely think the recent remodel was worth the money.I was particularly drawn to their selection of Revolutionary War armaments that are displayed in well organized/curated cases, including weapons used by the French, British and American forces at the time. The displays are hands on and good for kids as well which is nice as that's not always a priority for such places. They also had a movie that played regularly, though I missed seeing it personally.

Ryan O — Google review

We enjoyed this place very much. It was FREE! We downloaded the National Park Pass and used it to take the driving tour of the grounds. It's a beautiful drive. The Rangers in the Visitor's Center were very friendly. It took a total of 2 1/2 hrs to see everything, but we read everything. My favorite part was signing the guestbook.

Turney T — Google review

The remodel is nicely done. Amenities were easy to find. The exhibits were appropriate and not too numerous. The gift store was well stocked with a variety of souvenirs, books, and toys. Snacks are available at the check out area. Prices were acceptable. We all found memories to take bake with us.

Kelly C — Google review

The parking lot is pretty far from the actual center but the parking lot does have chargers for EV and bathrooms. The center itself has a small museum with some activities that a kid can do like making a battle plan and seeing how they attacked. There is also a gift shop which is surprisingly not too expensive to get a couple quick small trinkets at for souvenirs.

John — Google review

Great place to spend a day, I rented an electric bike and did the major points of interest. The park staff were friendly and polite. This time of the year is a little cool but no crowds and plenty of help with questions and no lines or crowds.

Mark H — Google review

The park was really nice and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Overall the entire park was kept clean, some of the picnic areas had high grass but we're past Labor Day so maybe it is seasonal.I do have a few grips, the trails aren't marked and there isn't much signage along the way. Some of the trails on the map are inaccessible from both sides as some areas are closed to the public. There are a lot of bicyclists and surprising many people for a Friday, the first week of October.Overall, glad we made the 45 minute trip but I find some of the state parks closer to the house better for hiking.

John K — Google review

The visitor center was a great place to visit. So much information, e exhibits and lots of historical attractions to choose from. One example is a replicated encampment for the continental army. There are also timed trolley tours provided by the visitor center for a cost.

Mary A — Google review

Very informative displays and a 20 minute movie. Gift shop was a little sparse, but it was off season. Beautiful park! We enjoyed watching hawks at several locations. The Pawling Sycamore tree is worth the walk to see it!

A L — Google review

Valley Forge is an incredible experience. Not only is the history significant, but driving around the site is stunningly beautiful, especially in fall. Absolutely worth the trip.

Crow R — Google review

Very nice small history lesson for children and young adults. They have a few decent historical displays with firearms, rations, and time period historical facts of the day. The gift shop is overpriced, but when your daughter wants an owl 🦉 and put up with 6 hours of walking and sightseeing, it was worth it...

Jared B — Google review

The Visitor Center at Valley Forge is a must-visit for anyone exploring this historic site. It provides a wealth of information, maps, and exhibits that enhance your understanding of the significant events that unfolded here during the American Revolution. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist, making your visit informative and enjoyable. The center also offers a well-stocked gift shop with a selection of relevant books and souvenirs. One of the most valuable aspects of the Visitor Center is its accessibility to the park itself. You can easily plan your tour of Valley Forge from here, with clearly marked trails and points of interest. It's an ideal starting point for your journey through history.Overall, the Visitor Center at Valley Forge plays an integral role in helping visitors appreciate the historical significance of this site. It's an educational and engaging stop that adds depth to your exploration of the park.

Anwar H — Google review

Ideal launching point for your Valley Forge visit. Very helpful staff that helped me figure out the best things to see in a 2-3 hour time frame. The intro movie (about 20 minutes) is worth watching if you need some reminders of context and history.

Eric H — Google review

Trolley tickets are $20 without discounts. They say they have wheelchairs for the disabled. They had only one and it was broken. Sorry state of affairs for a huge facility. Office areas are huge and wonder what they do with taxpayers money. Displays were great but had to leave my wife on a bench because of the wheelchair debacle. I did call in advance and they said they had them. Not nice.

Gary N — Google review

Dear park ranger Pierce who fined me $105 for writing a poem a little after dark, here was what I had just finished writing to my partner as you and your partner pulled up on me communing with the river and the bugs.“Every touch tinged with imperfection. Every sincere step draped with undone hues.Whether our impact on the world is a net good, we need not know. And what a relief, especially since we can’t.Impact opacity.Thank you for being an inspiration to shine my true; I am again.”I hope you and your partner find sincerity in your steps instead of hassling and interrogating people you *think* are poor or homeless.

Fantastic visit for me my first since 1974!! My husband's first. At the Washington Headquarters (house) David Lawrence was an incredible park ranger welcome! He asked where we were from, to which we replied, "Spain" . Then he brought the Revolutionary War to full circle with Spain, France and Gibraltar (we live 49 minutes inland). He's a true asset to the park service.Thank you, David!!!

Amazing store and friendly/knowledgeable staff! They always throw great events for US Holidays like the annual July 4 picnic that is fun for the whole family. Drinks and snacks for sale come in handy after a long hike and they have some of the best souvenirs I've seen at a national park to help remember your visit.

Bar was closed when we got there, we were hoping to eat and watch the game in the hotel... We ended up at Hooters, a much better choice. We were supposed to eat in their restaurant. After looking at the menu, a bit pricey, but after eating at Hooters, we weren't hungry anyway. After hitting the casino for a bit, we found the bar to be open , we were also looking for food, the bar had none, not even nuts. Pretty much disappointed...Id suggest getting a small oven for Bar Pies, maybe heat up chicken wings, etc, but you gotta get something...We had to walk what seemed like a mile to get from the hotel to get to the event center. When we checked out Sunday, we ended up driving the car to the event center, it was a shorter walk...Lastly, the casino was nice, not overly crowded, lots of slots, $10 min bet at the tables ...So, that's it, I'm done.... Hope this helps future guests...

Going to a casino, I accept the fact that I will most of the time lose money. It's a trade-off for entertainment. No big deal. But the issue I have is I was there at 9:00 in the morning. Probably six other people in the whole casino and I had a problem with my slot machine. Waited over 20 minutes and had to go physically Chase someone down to come and help me. There's no excuse for this kind of stuff and the attendant said oh I'm sorry I'm by myself I was tied up. I understand her situation. It really doesn't mean anything to me. If you can't afford to staff the place don't be open. Very simple. People spend a lot of money in these places and they should be treated accordingly.

I didn't have an ideal experience, but the management was quick to reach out and help. I appreciated the quick response and eagerness to assist. A previous review commented on a lack of separation between smoking and non smoking areas, but when i was there it was clearly marked and this shows a focus on reacting to feedback in a very positive and proactive manner.

[Update]I hate to write negative reviews... Hate it! Look at all my postings. I try to hype businesses up as possible and to put positive vibes into the universe, so to write this was a downer...Positives:1. Rooms are large... We have a two queen beds and they are so comfortable. Excellent night of sleep.2. Chop steakhouse was excellent.3. Service at Valley Tavern was great.4. Shower is ridiculously large with good pressure...5. Toilet had an excellent flush... Sounds like a depth charge going off on every flush..6. Microwave and Fridge in the roomAside from all of the positive listed above.... I didn't expect to see a roach in my room... 🤮🤮🤮!!I woke up to use the bathroom and saw this little bas**** staring at me... Then proceeded to spend 45 minutes shaking every article of clothing I brought, shook my bags out, wrapped up dirty clothes in plastic bags...I'm not bringing a roach home! After posting my first review a second roach appeared....

My partner and I stayed here for a night to enjoy some time together. It was alright. Our room was decent, we did have a nice view. But we were really disappointed to hear the hot tubs and indoor pools were closed after 5pm. They had "evening hours" but they pool and hot tub were still closed, the area just turns into a club like environment.

I went for a quick Saturday night date night with the hubby just to get out for a few hours. It’s a small casino and not overwhelming with people. They had a Dj that played a great 90’s music mix that had everyone dancing. We sat at the bar for a few drinks that were good, a little over priced but it’s the casino. (Didn’t gamble) oh and the pizzeria was delicious.

I really want to like this place. I had to file a complaint last week unfortunately. I told them I would like to make Valley Forge my new choice for gambling. I stressed that my friends and I spend big. I have heard nothing even after 2 follow up requests for communication. I’m going to keep the contents of my complaint off of here until it has been resolved or not. But right now I am stunned, that a casino or any business could leave you in the dark after 3 emails. One of the emails I just asked them to please acknowledge…Nothing yet

I love this place had so much fun even when I was losing. Problem is Sunday. It’s 99% different on Sundays. No one’s laughing or having fun everyone seems depressed and upset. You can hear a pin drop. No ringing. Gambled for three hours and no one even came to get me a drink. I would never go on Sunday again. Other than that everyday we was there was fun. Love the pool too!

First time here. The room smelled really nice and looked very clean. I’d reserved a king size bed but when I got to the room it was a double queen. I was a little disappointed after I inspected the sheets on the bed. One of the queen bed had a stain on the sheet. I didn’t know what that was. As a habit, we always carry a set of sheets and pillowcases with us every time we go to a hotel just in case.Always check the sheets whenever you go to a hotel.

Signed up for a players card here, and ended up being a terrible experience. I wanted to take advantage of the lose up to $300 and get it back sign up bonus that they offer. Walked in and used right after signing up, handed it to the dealer and everything. Ended up losing some money, but no problem, that’s what the deal is for and I expect to lose.Never received anything in the mail and was wondering when I would receive the rewards so I called after the new year. This is about 3 weeks since I have played now. Multiple days in a row, different times in the day, went straight to voicemail concerning questions regarding this issue.Went in today to ask where it is and they say there is no record of me playing that day, even though I signed up and played that same day. Logically, most people don’t sign up to just leave after trying to take advantage of a bonus. Regardless, they said there is no record of my play which I find hard to believe since they track every dollar that goes in and out through interfaces at the table.Overall, not a pleasant experience, and the absence of service and help was fairly frustrating. I probably spent more time trying to solve this issue than actually playing on the tables. I most likely will not be going here anymore.

What I learned about this hotel from this stay:1. Despite a “no smoking” policy and posted signs stating a $250 fine, very little appears to be done to actually enforce this no smoking policy.2. I believe hotel management caters more to hotel guests that come here for the gambling/casino aspect than those guests that come to visit the area with their families for events or to visit the rich American history of the Valley Forge area.3. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is very convenient and close to nearby attractions. Aside from the strange layout and labyrinth of windy hallways, the hotel at face value appears clean and inviting.

Very entertaining casino! I enjoyed the slots a lot...for a fun time anyway. Not sure I will ever strike it rich here because I can't seem to leave while I'm up, which isn't often and my gambling companion is worse than I am. He's worse than anyone with not knowing when to walk away. He lives to lose. He will be the cause of death of my bank acct here. We live way to close to this place. Thanks valley forge👍🏼

Slow on a weekday, obviously between rest room cleaning. Complicated point system designed to make locals return for premiums and are only usable on certain days. Center Bar with video gaming. Large casino, all games. Sports betting but no horseracing! Convenient parking. Dining options. Courteous service. Hotel.

We just stayed here for the first time for a baseball tournament. The front desk staff at the Stardust hotel were all so kind! It was a bit hectic with the weather and games being rescheduled. The staff were very understanding and worked with us to add an extra night (beyond check out time). The pool was nice, kids had a great time. It was close proximity to anything you would need. I would stay here again!

I was just there with my fiance. I'm 30 and I look younger so the security guard at the front asked for my ID. I presented him with it and went back to the security desk to pick up something my fiance lost the last time he was there. We had no intention of gambling. While I was standing there, a woman (who turned out to be the supervisor of security) pointed at me and asked how old I was in an accusatory way. I told her that I was already checked at the front and wasn't going to present by ID again. She goes on to say how I look young and that it's her job to ask. She also said how rude I was being for speaking to her like that. When I suggested she come up with a new protocol so customers wouldn't have to be asked numerous times to verify their age, she said she has a right to ask for ID as much as she wants and that I should consider it a compliment. She then took my fiance's ID and threw it on the counter without handing it to him (CHECK THE CAMERAS).I get that you have to verify identify, but wouldn't it make sense to place bands on or stamp customers who appear to be younger than 21?This isn't the first time this has happened. I've had security guards at the front laugh at me when I told them my age and then tell me I was using a fake ID when I gave them my license to check.Start using some TACT when dealing with customers. I'm tired of walking in there and being accused of entering the floor illegally (EVEN AFTER I'M ON THE FLOOR).The casinos in Atlantic City use a banding system so young-looking customers won't be harassed constantly by security.Get your act together you unprofessional people! Shameful!

First off before check-in I called ahead as an important package was to be delivered for the business event I was in town for. When going to pick up my package they claimed they cloud not find it and that it must not have arrived yet. Having check the tracking number as the package was extremely valuable it showed that it was delivered early that morning so I went to again check with them to find where it was located. My package magically appeared when I told them I had the tracking info on it, it came from the kitchen/staffing area and clearly the box with my name and business name on it was opened and then taped shut again. The staff seemed startled as I was getting frustrated with their poor communication. Check in was anything but the smooth process that was guaranteed… took about 20-30 minutes while the front desk associate had to keep pulling away to tend to other duties. Poor customer service on their part. We were given free pool passes as even as a guest you have to pay to use..I was there for a business trip so had no time for leisure enjoyment. The rooms were okay, nothing to rave about but fairly clean. Requesting additional towels took almost 2 hours so I just went and grabbed them myself from the housekeeping cart. The AC no matter what it was set to doesn’t seem to output anything colder then 72 which isn’t ideal for people with medical issues.. The dining locations inside the hotel aren’t just outrageously priced but their hours are not very convenient either. The best thing about is was the convenience of location being right off the highway. Overall I won’t be visiting this hotel again for trips in the future.

This is the first casino that I've been to that offers nothing to new customers. Even after losing 6 grand in the last month, I'm still waiting for a reward, a thank you, a free spin, something. Their video games give you the visual that it's full and ready to pay. I watched a women empty her purse thinking that while her family tried to pull her away. Next thing I know it's doing the same to me. I spent 600 trying to get one bonus round spin. Dont go there if you want to just play. They play you. and take it fast. I agree with Alia's review about Sundays. I didnt see a single payout during prime time in the entire area. I've never been more furious walking out of casino. How on earth can my reward balance be zero after blowing 6 grand. Not even George Washington had it this cold in Vally Forge. Like the handicap parking lot by the front door It served me up perfectly for the slaughter.. 9 dollar spins that kick back pennies while you try to hit that bonus round.. Vegas wouldn't exist if they paid like this. Slots are fun when they pay 80%. Of the dozen machines I played today, not one even paid 5. Maybe that's why the parking lot is half empty on a weekend. My company built more than 30 casinos across the country and this one left me disgusted. An hours worth of $9 spins and not one winner. It's not gaming there, it's robbery.

We went here for a food and wine fest. It was an incredibly large space on the lower floor that housed all the vendors. It was a really good event. The casino was nothing exciting. We won a little money on the tables, lost a little money on the slots, and the casino is a little older, not very large, smoking areas run into the non-smoking and the drink service on the floor was nearly non-existent. Perhaps they are understaffed. I would go back for another event, but not for the casino.

Not so sure about this place. Service was OK, but the place really could use upgrades at all levels. NO hot water in our showers, so it was a very cold morning start! Notified front desk in-person and all they said was engineering would look into it. We'll hours later everything was STILL cold, so we were happy to only spend a single night here. Donated $30 in 10 minutes on the slot machines. Decided to cancel the next night and leave early!

Check in easy, we’re here for an event which means stardust tower and no convenient access to typical hotel amenities.Wanted to use pool, not conveniently accessible for spouse in wheelchair due to hotel layout. AND, if you’re staying in the stardust tower, you will need to get a wristband from the casino tower in order swim. Room key isn’t proof enough 0_oAlso, this is another hotel with ADA designed for those with motorized chairs. If you’re wheeling yourself- you will get a workout. Hills, carpets. you name it - it’s hard wheeling.Update- if you wish to swim in the pool after 7 PM, you have to pay a $10 cover charge because apparently the pool is located in a bar. It doesn’t matter if you’re staying at the hotel, it doesn’t matter if you don’t drink, you have to pay a $10 charge after 7 PM. =_=;

This place is a dump. The rooms were absolutely filthy. There was a giant feces/booty grease stain on the toilet seat. The bed had little black things on it.The shower drains super slow. And when the water level creeped up high enough in the tub , it left a black film in the water. Then, the only food place that was open, was a overpriced steakhouse or a crummy overpriced pizzeria ($30 a pie and mediocre taste wise). The layout is horrendous. You have to take multiple elevators to get from one side to the other. No clear layout whatsoever. The only saving grace for this roach motel, because that's what it really is, was the general staff. Very friendly and helpful. But other than that...holy moly, more like a 1 star hotel/casino.You're better off going to the Parx casino or the one in Bethlehem. They are leaps and bounds ahead of this place.

The Valley Forge Casino Resort has a great location, but the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. It looks like it’s in need of some serious cleaning, maintenance, and updating. It’s also a bit hectic and disorganized even compared to other casinos.

Horrible for smaller parties ( less than 75 people)We booked this place for the location to our wedding venue. This is a place not friendly to small party events. We had a “night before” wedding dinner here with around 75 people. Luckily we didn’t do the actually wedding venue here. The only nice part of this place was the three attendants/waiters at the dinner. The person booking the service took three months to even get in contact with us, despite multiple emails and voicemails trying to get ahold of them. It took another three months for them to gather all the information because they kept losing it or mixing us up with another event. After the booking they scheduled us for the wrong date. We asked for blocked off hotel rooms and two months before the wedding they told us it was never reserved and a larger conference over took a majority of the room. We had to argue to get a fraction of the original blocked room agreement. We found out A WEEK before the event they scheduled it AGAIN for the wrong day. When they fixed it, we ended up having to share the event room with second party. When it came to the dinner we had to double checked that the food was actually coming because of the sheer incompetence of this staff. The food was actually alright. Finally the final invoice took them 8 months to get to us and they told us we had a week to pay it. This entire time we thought our initial “minimum threshold” payment covered everything. But nope 8 months later you owe more out of the blue. No phone call just a random email.

I always enjoy the time I spend at Valley. Though not very often, when I can it’s always fun, even when I don’t walk out a winner. I will say , winning has become really never. Which is why we stopped going there as much. I often hit small jack pots but now even winning a couple hundred bucks has become impossible. No matter what slot I play. It’s a bummer. So now we go down once in a blue mood with a little bit of money and then leave. We no longer get rooms as we did so often and we never plan a day down there. Maybe one day again some time we’ll plan a trip over there. But they need to step up something. It’s lame after the food places shut down too. They have These rinky dink vending machines that are in hospitals or a place of that nature. Not in a casino resort. Actually now that I think about it hospitals have better ones. These stink. They are a joke. And they don’t even work 1/2 the time.I will say all of the staff there are amazing!!! From the hosts, to the dealers, (Especially Arno we love you Arno!!) to the guards (except a few but the hood ones are so good they make up for those bad apples) everyone who works behind the desk, in the food court, room service, EVERY SINGLE person I’ve ever dealt with there has had an awesome attitude and is always beyond helpful. Love the group of attendants that work where check in is now! They take our things and watch over them while we play. So we don’t have to lug them around. Very cool bunch of staff valley has! And of course those who hand out the winnings! Awesome team! Love them all! Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Reservation doesn't tell you what building you're in. Had to walk to the other building.Bed was comfortable. Pillows were just ok.The room was very clean. Didn't like that the sink area was outside the actual bathroom. The outlets on the lamps were so loose that you couldn't use them.Did use the casino as I was there for a trade show downstairs. The show was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were amazing.

The worst hotel ever. They have rude employees who do not know how to talk to people, and an ignorant manager named Zakir. If they could explain their billing then they would not have any problems or irate guests. One of their employees kept crank calling my phone, and then this manager tried to cover up for her bad behavior. Her name was Sandra and she was the second of rude employees that I had to deal with. I stay here on a regular with my bf. This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are great. The only complaint I have is the bathroom showers do not have doors. So you have to put a towel down to prevent water from going everywhere. That is the only complaint. Otherwise I absolutely love it here. The other issue is that the Dunkin' Donuts has incredible high prices as oppose to other Dunkin' Donuts it's almost ridiculous. Fo example a medium coffee at DD is normal around $2.50-80. At this DD a medium coffee is $4.00. Another example the roast chicken pepper wraps are about $4.50 at a normal DD, at this particular location the same wrap is $7.00. And when you bring it to their attention they just stare at you, and say these are the prices.

Great hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. I was highly satisfied with my stay here and I would recommend it. The only thing that could use improving is that there needs to be bettet signage for the hotel entrance. We originally parked in the far right because it looked like the hotel entrance but it wasn't and had to walk about 15 minutes through the casino to find the hotel checkin which is on the far left side of the property.

The casino is nice comfortable and a wonderful atmosphere. I love the machines. From 30cents on up. The DJ was hot with the music. I love is free to dance. The dance floor was jumping with people dancing. Also is in the middle of the casino open where as you walk by you see the happy faces of the people on the bar drinking and enjoying watching the people dancing. My niece went at it dancing. The tranquility is so relaxing in that casino. 5 stars from me and my whole family. Love it.

Love they're building up the area. The casino was definitely a fun vibe. Live Dj playing great dance songs that have people near the bar dance on the dance floor. Many selections of slots and table machines. My only issue is cigarette smoking. It's definitely not enjoyable if you can't take the cigarette smoking. There is no smoking section, so be prepared for someone to light one right next to you

Nordstrom is a popular upscale department store known for its wide range of merchandise, including clothing, housewares, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrance, gifts, and shoes. The store offers a diverse selection for women, men, and children. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff who provide valuable information and tips. Despite the abundance of inventory which some find overwhelming at times, Nordstrom remains a preferred shopping destination due to its well-stocked shelves and clean environment.

This Nordstrom really wasn’t bad. The girl who checked us out was super nice. Apparently they charge $0.10 for a bag and some people actually have a problem with it, which is interesting when the average customer probably leaves here with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. To say inventory or options could be a problem might sound a little crazy. We came here for Skims and they had items from the LDR Valentine’s Day collection that sold out online before it was even supposed to go live. They have three floors. Yes. Three. They also have a cafe and an e-bar, which is apparently a mobile self-serve drink kiosk that can pour drinks in a few seconds. What gets me is the three floors. For a store to have two is really something but that’s just crazy.

Very poor customer service. All women on the second floor especially on the side where brands like Caslon are displayed/located have not said one word to me or greeted me. Especially the dark haired woman who literally pretended not to hear me and walked away when I attempted to ask a question. I will be documenting my experience on my podcast and YT channel because such experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wandered around men's dept for 15 mins. Employees looked at me, didn't help. Ended up accidentally buying the wrong cut on the shirt I got. Nice store, stock was good and it was clean. Just could have used some attention so I could avoid a returned item.

This Nordstroms is literally the worst when it comes to buy online pick up in store. This will be my second experience buying a dress I need immediately that is listed as available for pick up today and it’s 7 hours later and my order isn’t ready. Why would you not as a luxury retail store … hire a team that just goes around and does the online orders. I ordered two dresses. How hard could it be to scan my two dresses and have it ready for pick up in 2 hours or less. Macys did it. So I drove all the way from Delaware to PA to get these dresses that were never ready 7 hours later.

Nordstrom has always been one of my favorite stores. Although they pack in a lot more merchandise than other upscale department stores like Neiman Marcus, making it look less attractive, they are still one thousand times better than dealing with inner mall traffic and mall stores. This Nordstrom has plenty of selection for women, men, and children for clothing, housewares, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrance, gifts, and shoes, shoes, shoes! There are decent promotions for new credit card applicants but buyer beware: you can hit you limit in a very short amount of time at this fabulous celebration of adorning one’s body. There are also nice lounge areas throughout the store for weary shoppers and those who just came along for the ride.

This is an anchor store with ample parking and convenient to where I need to go inside the mall. I recently came here on a Monday at 7pm to pick up something inside the mall and I was told that the store is closed due to inventory. I'm not familiar with the mall and parking that well so the girl couldn't give me directions to another parking place. I find it odd that they would close a store earlier than the mall closes just for inventory. Usually that's done after hours.

Had to be the worst shopping experience of my life. Stop by to purchase a suit. Felt like the salesperson was in a rush. While finishing up purchasing the suit they put if under someone else's name which made it almost impossible to find out when the suit was done be tailored and ready for pickup. They created a Nordy account for me and screwed up my phone number. Then when I finally went back to the store it was such a an ordeal to get the suit and try it on to check the fit. I will NEVER shop Nordstrom again!!!

Milanj Diamonds is a jewelry store that provides an exceptional experience for customers. They offer a wide selection of engagement rings and provide excellent service from the moment you walk in. The staff, particularly Angelita, are knowledgeable and helpful in assisting customers in finding the perfect ring. Milanj Diamonds is highly recommended due to their sweet, supportive, and helpful team who can make your engagement dreams come true.

My fiancé and I had the BEST experience at Milanj!!!! We walked in to simply look at engagement rings and a few days later we walked out engaged!! We are soo grateful and appreciative of the amazing staff especially Angelita, she was just an absolutely wonderful soul and knew what she was doing!! We definitely recommend going in as the staff there are so sweet, supportive and helpful!!! Thank you again for making this girls dreams come true!

I’m extremely disappointed and troubled by Milanj’s treatment of a loyal customer.I have been shopping with Milanj for around 10 years and spent many thousands with them.I have purchased jewelry, diamond studs for my own earrings- that I then traded up a few times to eventually get my fiancées wedding ring here.Unfortunately, I will NOT be returning to this store, will not be recommending it, and am ashamed to have spent money here. Each time I purchased my diamond studs, I was told that I could continually trade up, maintaining the value- to then be able to trade into a wedding ring one day. This was the main reason I purchased the diamonds in the first place. So I went in to purchase the wedding ring.First of all- the diamond that I was told had to be special ordered from California (and keep in mind, we purchased and were described and given information for a very specific stone)- ended up NOT being the one which I was given on pick up. I was given a diamond with lower clarity and a major inclusion. There was no notification about this, and the swap happened without a phone call, a notification, or anything.Additionally, though the store employees honored what the owner had promised me year after year with the value trade in (and I thank them for that)- as I saw the owner on walking out, and told him how excited I am, he then proceeded to walk me into the store, ended up berating the employees for honoring this promise he had made me- and when I then asked to have other options without a major inclusion, was told there was nothing they could do. The employees, shocked and traumatized by the owners treatment of them, said the only thing they could do was the reverse the transaction and essentially wipe their hands of me as a customer.Shameful. I am embarrassed to have recommended this store, and will be finding another store to recommend. Milanj ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful experience for my new family and I.Shop elsewhere.

Today we came into Milanj with no expectations. Just to look around. Angelita and Joyce were accommodating and professional. They paired my current engagement ring with a beautiful wedding band. The master Jeweler Mr. Chein made the rings look like they belonged together, a perfect set. I would recommend Milanj to anyone. They are amazing!!!💜

They do not stand behind their jewelry. I bought my girlfriend ring for Christmas. This ring had a halo of diamonds surrounding an aquamarine stone. After two months, one of the diamonds fell out, and when I brought it back to the store to have them repair it they said they wouldn’t repair it. They don’t warrant any of the jewelry they sell and are so rude. I can’t believe a big diamond jeweler like this doesn’t stand behind their work. Really disappointed in their customer service. If you respond to my review, please be honest as I was. I don’t care what you say. There’s no way a diamond should fall out after two months.

Terrible service, was looking to buy my first watch and have more than enough $ for it… these guys asked if I was wasting my time I laughed and asked if I was. The salesmen replied yes I was… So I replied with no problem I won’t waste anymore. Terrible service might as-well be a pawn shop if you are giving that service to everyone who walks through the door.. Will never return👍

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! highly recommend stay away if you want to have a wonderful experience buying an engagement ring. All bad reviews are about bad service, the positives one are fake.Called owner to ask about their "trade-in" policy stated on their website and was very rude saying its trade-up. Asked is it possible to bring in ring along with driver license of original owner as well as could do video call since they are to far to come in store in this day in age with technology and he was suppose to get with answer but still have not heard back. Had nothing to do with getting information of original owner. Milanj said they work with customers, that is such a LIENothing good to say about MILANJ.

Walked into this store having spoken to one of the associates prior to inquire about some jewelry I had around I wanted to sell. Upon entering I saw that the associate who I spoke to over the phone was occupied with customers. A man who I learned was the owner VERY rudely stared me up and down, and only managed to emit a dry ‘hello’ when I returned the favor. He refused to examine the items I brought in, and when I mentioned I would just take my items elsewhere he proceeded to insult my intelligence, inquiring about what I did for a living and where. I honestly haven’t experienced blatant, direct prejudice like this in quite some time. I don’t usually even care to write negative reviews because I find them to be a waste of energy but I believe people have a right to know if they are looking to avoid patronizing an establishment that would not align with their core values.

MilanJ of King of Prussia has a wide variety of elegant, timeless pieces. My fiancé’s Jeweler, J, is an honest and knowledgeable Designer. Angelita and the rest of his team in King of Prussia are very warm and pleasant. I am truly blessed to have the most brilliant Tacori engagement ring from MilanJ Diamonds.
