Jinx Chapter 23 will see a new flavor added to the story as the secret of Jaekyung and Kim Dan might get exposed. The two have been secretive have been their relationship for the most part, especially Dan, who wants to keep his dignity. He is under the impression that Jaekyung hadn’t told anyone about their tryst to anyone either.
But then again, Kim Dan knows next to nothing about Jaekyung and what he is like in his personal life. The only side he sees is of the fighter Jaek Yung that does nothing but train his body for the competition. Or, the violent and hedonistic Jaekyung uses him however he wants, whenever he wants, without considering his feelings.
Kim Dan is also not very good at reading a person, and since we read the story through his lens, we don’t get to learn much about Jaekyung either. But it is also a fact that Kim always gets the short end of the stick (or long if Jaekyung is involved) and doesn’t have time or energy to read those around him.
Kim lives on autopilot almost all of the time, and this autonomy is what led to the rise of suspicion among one of the fighters in Jaekyung’s gym. Neither the top nor the bottom knows that their secret tryst might be on the verge of getting exposed, but both of them are ignorant of the matter as they are worried about the upcoming match.

Things That Have Occurred Until Jinx Chapter 23
One of the big questions for Jinx Chapter 23 is the direction it will take, as in the last two chapters, the readers have been spared a little. The suffering Kim goes through makes one sympathize with him, while at the same time, human curiosity beckons to learn more about their relationship.
Kim was on the verge of depravity when Jaekyung had all but corrupted him, but a call from a hospital in the middle of the night brought him to his senses. He even stood against Jaekyung and scolded him for having carnal desires over someone’s life. After that, he shot straight to the hospital his grandmother was staying and learned about her condition.
Given how unfortunate he had been since the series started, he got the lucky streak for once. His grandmother was alright, but suffered from suffocation due to the effects of the new medicine delivered to her. The nurse suggested to Kim Dan that the patient with Cancer (her grandmother in this case) needs emotional support from family and that he should be there.
Kim silently promises his grandmother that he will come and meet her as much as possible. After that, his body became as lack of adrenaline started to show signs, and he had to drag his body back to Jaekyung’s apartment. Once he reached it, he lost all senses and just fell on the sofa, unable to stay awake even for a moment.

What To Expect From Jinx Chapter 23?
Jinx Chapter 23 will be the start of a new arc in the series, as, at this point, we have seen everything bad that could have been done to Kim Dan. If the story returns to the point of Jaekyung torturing Kim Dan again, it would be torture at this point, along with being repetitive.
The story has driven home the point that Kim Dan’s life is nothing but suffering and the reasons why that is. We have also seen how he will fight back if things he cares about are put into harm. This then led to complicating things between Jaekyung and Kim Dan even further, as now they have a common associate, Kim Dan’s grandmother.
And that’s not the only complication they have to deal with in the coming days. The two can’t go back to the way they were a few chapters ago (to Jaekyung’s dismay, perhaps). It also seems that they have settled to the two new status quo and aren’t thinking hard about the things that have occurred between them.
